The base material for these bushings is a special alloy produced according to our own specification.

The self-lubricating properties are given from the graphite contained in the material, which helps to hold the grease in the structure of the alloy. This exceptional material enables to avoid the welding between bushing and tool, which with standard bushings is normally caused by pressure and heat. 

The grease to be used is the one specific for the breakers, but in limited quality. These special bushings are mainly used for heavy breakers and they give several advantages:
