Tools for hydraulic Hammers

CORIMAG manufactures tools for hydraulic hammers of the main brands produced on the market.

CORIMAG range includes tools from 5 to 500 Kos

Besides standard tools CORIMAG produces different special tools to be suited to different kind of quarries and works.

With the co-operation of the customer, CORIMAG has the possibility to study tools for special applications.

Moreover CORIMAG can produce pile-driver tools, compactor tools, tools with long-wearing solutions and tools with special length and diameter.

Examples of production

"XE" AND "XS" PROFILE
Tools produced in pyramidal version XE (blow energy concentrated in a restrict area) and in chisel version XS (more suitable for digging and for cutting).
It is a special profile with high efficiency patented in 1996. The special shape of grooves allows the dust discharging from the working hole reducing the cutting effort dropping the temperature of cutting.
Not of secondary importance is the self-sharpening property of this tool which ensure a longer life of the cutting assuring very good working conditions.
Its main application is in breaking compact and medium hardness rocks tending to produce dust and to overheat the tool.

“XEL” AND “XSL” PROFILE

Tools produced in pyramidal version XEL and chisel version XSL.
The cutting characteristic, of dust discharge and self-sharpening are similar to the previous one. The increased shape of the cutting section allows a greater opening of the material to break and it is suitable for compact and dusty rocks with an elastic component and with poor tendency to break.

TOOL WITH HARD METAL INSERT "HMP"
Special bimetallic tool particularly projected to break blocks of very hard and abrasive rock. The greater hardness of the central insert allows to this tool to bear high exercise temperatures, typical of these applications, where traditional tool should see drastically reduced the resistance, reaching a very quick wearing with a cutting flattening.

X PROFILE TOOL WITH HARD METAL INSERT "HMXP" AND "HMXE"
Application similar to the previous one which joins the “X” profile prerogatives, allowing dust discharge, to the hardness and wear resistance.

PILE-DRIVER TOOL
Example of tool produced for special application. On customer request, different kind of tools can be projected and produces as: cup pile-drivers, compactors, guardrail-drivers, extra-lengths for foundries, special alloys, etc…
